Does it or Does it Not

My application of Debut, downloaded from the App Store, points to my conclusions after 2 hours trying to get the app to work.
My question is, "Does it or Does it Not Work”. I was unable to get the download of Debut to do anything but have a pop-up stating, "Re-enter”.
Oh well another Uh of the Universe. Sadly, In the trash it goes…two hours of time spent is enough. I’m sure it does work but how?
